TrekRanks Episode 68: Abstract Threes

Listen to the show :

It's probably our most unique TrekRanks topic yet. Three. That's it (or Abstract Threes, to be more exact). Three of a kind. Three of something on screen. Three of something off screen. Three anything. Three whatever. Three. Abstract Threes. Our expert panel of host Jim Moorhouse and guests Brooke Horton and Geoff Owen, take three to heart and goes deep with their abstract picks on this fun, original topic.

The show begins with a Diagnostic Cycle that goes deep on exactly what we mean by three, which is as simple as it sounds. We give a few examples and try to get everyone in the right mindset for the show. We then move into our Prime Directive, where each of our guests defines how they made their selections and narrowed down their final picks.

Jim, Brooke and Geoff then break down their final picks in The Order of Things by revealing their "Five Words and a Hashtag Summaries" and an episode that best showcases their abstract three selection. Everything is in bounds this week, and the conversation reflects that. When it's all said and done, we add a few Secondary Systems selections.

After a quick recap of all the picks in the Regeneration Cycle, the episode concludes with a visit into a Temporal Causality Loop as we flashback to Episode 63 and our live roundtable topic at STLV, Top 5 Costumes.

As always, make sure to hail us at 609-512-LLAP (5527) and record your own personal TrekRanks log to let us know your Abstract Threes. Your comments might be used via a Temporal Causality Loop in an upcoming episode. And your recording might also be considered as an audition as a future TrekRanks' guest host.
